IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING NICE TO SAY...

Don't say anything at all.

That was what my mom always said.

I guess that's the reason I haven't been blogging much lately. I am sick morning, noon and night. I go to work, I am sick there. I come home, I am sick, I go to bed and cry.

That is my life these days. There is no variation at all.

Not exciting blog material. And the truth is, I feel as though if I blog excessively about this I am going to begin to sound ungrateful. And I truly, truly am not.

Aside from being sick, and being miserable from being sick around the clock, I am really genuinely happy. Honest to God, I am.

So it is just hard for that happiness to come through right now when I am dry heaving at the keyboard.

So, please forgive my sporadic posts. The sickness, I hope, should end very soon!

SOFTBALL SEASON

Anthony is on his way home from softball practice. He just called me from the car. "For the first time in the history of our team, someone showed up in a brand-new Ferrari." Yup, Flutie.

Flutie also happens to have just been signed as the back up quarterback for the New England Patriots. Pretty cool. This means he will be around for more of the softball season, but then again he cannot play in TOO many games for fear of injuring himself for the NFL season.

Their first game is tomorrow. Looks like I will be going to some more games than I usually do this season.

I have no shame!
